DRIIVO sells car perfumes, fragrance refills and related accessories through this website. The website is operated by CSR BHARAT ENTERPRISES, with its office at 1st Floor, Plot no B and B1, Livance Enkay Tower, Vanijya Nikunj, Udyog Vihar, Phase-5, Gurugram, Haryana, India.

These terms apply to your use of our website and purchases made directly from us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced here. Please read them before ordering and keep a copy for your records.

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Changes apply prospectively; the terms and policies in effect when you place an order apply to that purchase.

Your account and information

Provide accurate and complete contact, billing and delivery details, and keep them up to date. You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase contract, or use the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian who can do so.

Keep your login details confidential and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Complete any email verification requested during registration or checkout.

Our fragrances and accessories

Review the product description, size, compatibility and usage instructions before purchasing. We aim to represent products accurately, although colours may vary between screens. Scent perception and fragrance longevity can vary with temperature, ventilation and use; any stated duration should be read with the conditions given on the product page.

Use products only for their intended purpose and follow the instructions and warnings on the packaging. Secure car accessories so that they do not obstruct your view or vehicle controls. Product descriptions do not replace the handling instructions supplied with your purchase.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from its description, contact us under our returns policy.

Orders, prices and payments

Prices, available payment methods, applicable taxes, discounts and delivery charges are shown on the website or at checkout. Review the final total and your order details before submitting payment. Promotions are subject to their stated eligibility and validity periods.

Placing an order creates a payment obligation for the amount shown at checkout. Orders are subject to stock availability and payment verification. If we cannot fulfil an order, or discover a material pricing or listing error, we will contact you to explain the issue and offer an appropriate correction or cancellation and refund. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

Payments are handled through the payment services offered at checkout. Do not share your password, card PIN or one-time password with anyone claiming to represent DRIIVO.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are delivered to the address you provide at checkout through domestic courier services or speed post. Our reference shipping policy provides for dispatch within 10 days of the order and/or payment, unless a different schedule is agreed at order confirmation. Dispatch is separate from delivery; transit time depends on your destination and the carrier.

Check any delivery estimate and shipping charges shown with your order. If your address is incorrect, or your shipment is delayed, lost or damaged, contact us promptly so we can help resolve it. Delivery delays do not remove any rights available to you under applicable law.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

For cancellation requests, return eligibility, damaged or incorrect products, return shipping and refund processing, please read our Refunds & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Whether we can stop dispatch depends on the status of your order. Please follow the return instructions supplied by our support team before sending an item back.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed products under applicable consumer law.

Website content, privacy and acceptable use

The website design, branding, images and other content belong to us or our licensors. You may use the website for personal shopping and information. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission.

Do not use the website for unlawful activity, fraudulent orders, impersonation, unauthorised access, malware distribution or activity that disrupts the website or other customers. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or security risks.

Disputes may be brought before courts or consumer authorities with jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in these terms restricts your right to approach an appropriate consumer forum.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
